Mini Sponge Cupcakes:
Sponge cupcakes in silver foil cases, topped with fondant icing.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), maize and wheat glucose syrup, rapeseed oil, dried free range egg, emulsifiers: lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate; flavouring, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; salt, milk whey powder, preservative: potassium sorbate; colour: titanium dioxide.
