Our cupcakes are really delicious - very moist and light with a thick topping. They are available in two flavours:
- classic sponge with white icing in silver foil cases
- chocolate sponge with chocolate icing in gold foil cases.
Everything is made by hand using only the best quality ingredients including free range eggs. We guarantee they stay fresh for at least 5 days after delivery as the foil cases and iced top keep in the moisture.

Classic Sponge Cupcakes:
Golden sponge cupcakes in silver foil cases, topped with fondant icing.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), rapeseed oil, wheat glucose syrup, dried free range egg, emulsifiers: lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate; raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; salt, milk whey powder, maize dextrose, preservative: potassium sorbate; colour: titanium dioxide.

Ingredients: Sugar, pasteurised free range egg, rapeseed oil, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), maize and wheat glucose syrup, water, cocoa mass, modified maize starch, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soya lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate; cocoa powder, milk whey powder, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; salt, preservative: potassium sorbate; wheat gluten.
