We are experts in sending cakes and cupcakes by mail order, so you can be assured that your order will be very carefully packaged to arrive on time and in perfect condition.
All delivery prices and options are shown at the checkout so you will see the total before confirming your order. Delivery charges are from £1.75 for decorations and from £5.95 for cakes and cupcakes. Some prices include postage - please check the item description. Optional extras will be shown at the checkout.
For all CAKE and CUPCAKE orders:
You will be asked to choose from a list of delivery dates. We will send your order the day before on a guaranteed next-day service, usually Fedex. Once on its way we will email you details of how to track your order.
Some items are sent by First Class Post, for example a single cupcake, and this is shown in the item description. These MAY arrive on your chosen date, but we can't promise as the post is not guaranteed. But if you choose the MORNING Delivery option your order will be sent on a guaranteed service to arrive on the day by 1 pm.
The delivery dates available are Tuesday to Friday with next-day delivery if you order by 2pm. Saturday delivery is available if you order by 12 noon on a Friday.
We do not deliver on Mondays or the day after a bank holiday because your cake would not be safe in transit over a weekend.
You can enter a different delivery address if you are sending an item as a gift, or if you would like it delivered to your workplace.
Delivery will be at any time up to 5.30 pm, or 1 pm if you choose the morning option
If nobody is available to accept delivery, a card will be left with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
You can ask for your order to be left with a neighbour, or tell us about a safe place it can be left.
For delivery of cakes and cupcakes outside the UK, or to the following locations, we can only take orders over the phone. Please contact us for details as surcharges may apply:

Scottish Highlands & Islands and certain Scottish postcodes classed as remote
Isle of Wight
Isle of Man
Isle of Scilly
Northern Ireland
Deliveries to other remote areas may take an extra day, please check with us first if you are unsure.
Topper orders and other decorations:
At the checkout you can choose from the following:
Standard 7 Days (UK only) - we will send your order by First Class Post so that you receive it within a week.
Express 3 days (UK and International) - we will send your order either the same day or the following working day. UK orders are sent by First Class Post and should take one or two working days to arrive. International orders are sent using Air Mail and you should allow a minimum of 5 working days for delivery within the EU, or longer for other countries.
Next Day (UK only) - Orders received by 2 pm Monday to Thursday will be sent to arrive the next day using a guaranteed service. Orders placed by noon on a Friday will arrive on Monday. Please contact us if you would like a Saturday delivery as a surcharge will be payable. Your photo, if required, must also be received by these same times. Orders placed after noon on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays will be sent the following working day.
